Globe Eye Foundation
Founded in 1995 by Dr. Sundar Ram Shetty, Globe Eye Foundation is a registered charitable and nonprofit organization. It has been delivering eye care services through its Eye Hospital at Hoskote (A Rural Town near Bangalore) since 1996. The people of Kolar, Bangalore rural and urban districts are covered by this Hospital. More than 80% of the service is going free to the needy poor in Karnataka

New GEF Eye Hospital
To fulfill the above objectives G E F Eye Hospital was started in a humble way in small rented premises at Hoskote town of Bangalore rural district in the year 1996. GEF with its commendable record in the service activity and wide popularity among the beneficiaries found the need to increase and expand the facility. In the year 2005 the new GEF Eye Hospital came into existence.
